Sounds delicious, don’t you think? Maybe a little sinful? Warm and spicy. I think so. Those two words also happen to sum up these past few months quite nicely.
I’ve been cooking again. Joy to the world! And almost everything I’ve whipped up has been…you guessed it, warm and spicy. A couple of soups: a red lentil with big chunks of ginger and a Tuscan white bean with kale soup. Add a generous dash of red pepper flakes or a dollop of harissa. You’ve got warm and spicy goodness.
A recipe post featuring at least one of the two to follow shortly. Not tonight.
Tonight I leave you with a smattering of photos from our London Thanksgiving. My way of saying hello again to my dear Happelsauce readers, and a very belated thank you. Thank you for reading. And I hope you’re hungry. I’m anticipating a winter full of warm and spicy, and a new year full of sweet…

I’m excited about the forthcoming recipes… bring it on.
